Customize your fan to fit your room's specifications.
Have you ever fallen in love with a fan and it does quite fit your room's specifications? Wind Deco is here to help! Make sure your new fan is the perfect final touch for your room's decor.
Did you know Wind Deco can cut custom downrods so your fan will fit your ceiling's height to a T?
Custom cut downrods or downrod extenders can ensure a fan is not hanging your fan too high or too low. Hanging a fan too high decreases air circulation in your room causing you to have to increase the speed of your fan in order to feel the air circulation, in turn causing your fan to work harder. Hanging a Fan too low poses a potential causes a fan to be closer to the ground than the minimum recommended ceiling height.

Ceiling Fans Reduce Your Heating Bill Too
With Summer winding down and Fall almost here, no need to turn off that ceiling fan. Ceiling Fans are not just for Summer anymore! You can use your ceiling fan ALL YEAR LONG and save some money while you're at it.
Your ceiling fan creates a cooling breeze during the warmer weather, making the people in the room cooler and subsequently allowing you to raise their thermostat and reduce your air conditioning bill.
Reversing your fan during the colder months helps to recirculate the heat that has risen to the ceiling without causing a draft. This helps the people in the room feel warmer and enables you to lower your thermostat and reduce the cost of your heating bill.
To change the direction of your fan just flip the switch on your fan's motor.
![]() Summer/Spring - Normal Fan Circulation
During the warmer months of the year your Wind Deco Fanimation Fan should spin counter clockwise. The counter clockwise movement of the fan allows the warmer air in the room to be brought up from the floor, cooled and then sent back down into the room.
![]() Fall / Winter - Reverse Fan Circulation
During the cooler months of the year your Wind Deco Fanimation Fan should spin clockwise. The clockwise movement of the fan allows the warmer temperatures near the ceiling to be brought down into the living space and circulated.
What's Your Decorating Style? Have you ever wondered why you tend to gravitate towards certain home decor styles and steer clear of others?
Be one of the first to preview Wind Deco's all new Energy Star Group.
Can you believe it's almost fall? Personally, I would like to hold on to the few summer guilty pleasures I have left. So, here is my list of to-do's before all of the flowers and bees go into hibernation for the cold months. burr - I can already hear the snow coming. 1. Get Some Fresh Air: Spend as much time outside as possible, even durring work. Take fresh air break for 5 min or so or eat your lunch outside. Go and enjoy the sunlight on your face - then back to work!
Easy as 1-2-3! A ceiling fan with wobbling blades is not just a visual distraction. Those blades can also wear down the motor's bearings and bushings, and cause annoying squeaks and whines. If tightening the screws on the blade brackets and wiping dust off the blades don't solve the problem, follow these guidelines to get the fan back on an even keel: |
