We bought this house (pictured above) and dismantled it piece by piece. After the deconstruction we donated the pieces to The Loading Dock, a Baltimore-based non-profit that takes salvaged materials and sells them for pennies on the dollar. We'd like to think that we're doing the right thing by reusing these materials because sometimes it's hard to find certain materials.

Paying it forward is what we do because we understand that customers appreciate a world that is cost-effective. We don't think people should be spending an arm and a leg on building materials, and neither should you.
